Description

We are looking for a proficient Software Engineer with at least three years of experience in the field. You should have a deep understanding of Javascript and have previously worked on at least 4 projects involving Node.js. Apart from your technical skills, we also value communication and expect you to be able to articulate your thoughts clearly and concisely. As part of your role, you may need to manage some projects, so previous experience in project management will be appreciated. We also anticipate that you will have good problem-solving abilities, work well in a team, possess critical thinking skills, and are adept at managing your time. The position is full-time and not remote, however, the location can be anywhere.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Implement security and data protection on projects
Collaborate with front-end developers and project managers to ensure project efficiency

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Javascript and Node.js is mandatory
Must have worked on at least 4 projects involving Node.js
Excellent communication skills required
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, deployment)
Knowledge of accessibility and security compliance
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications

Bonus Points

Experience with other programming languages like Python or Java
Familiarity with continuous integration
